These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the ZH98 platform ("ZH98", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://zh98.cam ("Platform").

ZH98 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino, slot games, table games and related services. These Terms govern your access to and use of all features, content, products and services available on the Platform.

ZH98 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

With respect to Pakistani users specifically: online gambling may be subject to restrictions under applicable Pakistani law. ZH98 does not represent that its services are lawfully available in Pakistan. Users in Pakistan access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and notifying ZH98 of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account password and login credentials. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ZH98 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security, including any unauthorised access to your Account.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ZH98 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

ZH98 is required to conduct identity and age verification checks as part of its Know Your Customer obligations. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, when unusual account activity is detected, or at any other time at ZH98's discretion.

Documents typically requested during KYC may include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., national identity card, passport or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of the account associated with the payment method used);
• Source of funds documentation where deposits or withdrawal amounts trigger applicable thresholds.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. ZH98 reserves the right to delay, withhold or refuse a withdrawal where KYC documentation is incomplete, appears fraudulent or is otherwise unsatisfactory.

Deposits into your ZH98 Account must be made using payment methods supported by the Platform at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and are subject to change.

All deposits must originate from a payment source held in your own name. ZH98 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the relevant Account may be suspended.

Payment method references that may be contextually familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced for context only. ZH98 operates solely in real-money mode for registered and verified users. Deposits are not insured, guaranteed or protected in the same manner as deposits held in regulated banking institutions.

ZH98 reserves the right to decline, reverse or apply additional scrutiny to any deposit at its sole discretion.

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account has been fully verified in accordance with Section 6 (KYC);
• There are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to your Balance;
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the cashier;
• Your Account is in good standing and not subject to any investigation or suspension;

The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only. ZH98 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion;
• Each promotional offer is limited to one per household, IP address, device and payment method unless stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance;
• Minimum odds and game contribution weightings apply. Certain games may contribute 0% towards wagering requirements;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period;

With respect to sports betting — including markets on cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL) T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, football, tennis, UFC and other events — the following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation;
• ZH98 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, refuse bets or void markets at its sole discretion;
• In the event of a voided market, stakes are returned to the Account Balance;
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and platform availability. ZH98 is not liable for bets not registered due to technical failure;
• Any bet placed in error, or where the displayed odds resulted from a manifest error, may be voided by ZH98 regardless of the outcome.

For casino and slot games, the rules of each individual game apply as set by the relevant game provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages displayed are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ZH98 Platform. Any user found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, any winnings forfeited and appropriate legal action taken where warranted:

• Registering or using the Platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Using another person's identity, payment method or Account;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing or fraud;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by ZH98;

• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financial crime through the Platform;

• Any conduct that ZH98 reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its users.

ZH98 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe playing environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment only and should never be viewed as a means of generating income or solving financial problems.

The following Responsible Gambling tools are available to all registered users from within their Account dashboard:

ZH98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other financial crime;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the user;
• Abusive, threatening or offensive conduct directed at ZH98 staff;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance or Bonus Funds held within the Account may be forfeited at ZH98's discretion following investigation. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., user-initiated closure), the real-money Balance will be returned via the user's verified withdrawal method following completion of any applicable KYC checks.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, software, text, trademarks, logos and game content — are owned by ZH98 or licensed to ZH98 by third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from ZH98. Unauthorised use of ZH98's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZH98 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform;
• Interruptions, delays, errors or failures in the Platform's availability, including those caused by third-party service providers, network outages or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from any bet or wager not being registered or processed due to technical fault;
• The accuracy or completeness of any information, statistics or odds displayed on the Platform;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits ZH98's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by ZH98's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. ZH98 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling on the Platform. You acknowledge that you participate entirely at your own financial risk.

ZH98 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, ZH98 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or a prominent on-site notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated, as determined by the operator's licence and registration details.
