Our Story
ZH98 is an online entertainment platform built with Pakistani players in mind — from the cricket-loving streets of Lahore to the fast-paced energy of Karachi. We combine a wide game selection with transparent terms and a genuine commitment to responsible play.
Brand Story
ZH98 was created with a single purpose: to offer Pakistani sports fans and casino enthusiasts a platform that actually understands their world. Whether you're following the Pakistan national cricket team through an ICC tournament, tracking PSL standings in the T20 season, or simply looking for a competitive live roulette table on a Friday evening, ZH98 is designed to feel local — even when the action is global.
From Islamabad to Rawalpindi, Faisalabad to Multan and Peshawar, our growing user base spans all major cities. We understand that Pakistani players have specific expectations: intuitive mobile performance on modest data connections, payment flows that reference familiar services like Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, and customer support that responds promptly — in English, with Urdu available on request.
The ZH98 platform brings together sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, live games and esports under one roof. Our sports coverage naturally puts cricket at the front — with markets on bilateral series, ICC events, PSL matches and domestic competitions — while also covering football, tennis, basketball, UFC and more for players with diverse sporting interests.
ZH98's mission is to provide Pakistani players with a safe, enjoyable and fairly operated online entertainment environment. We are committed to offering competitive odds on the sports markets that matter most locally — especially cricket — while maintaining clear, honest terms that every registered user can understand without needing a legal background.
We believe that responsible gambling and great entertainment are not in conflict. The two go hand in hand, and ZH98 is designed to support both.
We envision ZH98 as the go-to online betting destination for English-speaking Pakistani users who value transparency, mobile convenience and a genuine local identity. Our vision extends beyond offering a wide game library — it is about building a platform that players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and beyond can trust for the long term.
As we grow, we remain focused on continuous improvement: faster performance, richer game content, clearer responsible gambling tools and more helpful customer support.
What We Believe
Six principles guide every decision we make at ZH98 — from platform design to customer service and responsible gambling policy.
We write our terms, bonus conditions and withdrawal rules in plain English. No buried clauses, no misleading promotions. If something applies to your account, you will be able to find and read it clearly.
ZH98 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across every page and transaction. Your personal data is processed only as needed to operate your account, verify your identity and process payments — never sold to third parties.
We provide deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options as standard account features. Gambling should be entertainment — we actively support players who need to stay in control.
The majority of our users access ZH98 on a smartphone. Our platform is fully responsive and performance-optimised for Pakistani mobile networks — whether you're on 3G in Peshawar or 4G in Lahore's city centre.
Our support team is available around the clock via live chat and email. Agents who can assist in English are always on shift, with Urdu-speaking support available on request during peak hours for Pakistani users.
ZH98 is committed to offering games and sports markets that operate with integrity. RTP figures for casino games are labelled clearly as illustrative category averages, and sports odds are set with competitive margins disclosed.
Our Journey
ZH98 didn't start as a corporate project — it started as a frustration. Pakistani sports fans who enjoyed online betting were routinely underserved: platforms with no local context, confusing currency displays, support teams unfamiliar with Pakistani time zones, and bonus terms written as if designed to be unreadable.
The ZH98 team set out to address that gap — building a platform from the ground up with Pakistani users at the centre of every product decision. The result is a sports betting and casino experience that feels relevant, functions reliably on local mobile infrastructure and communicates in the clear professional English that Pakistani users deserve.

Our Responsibility
At ZH98, responsible gambling is not a footnote in a terms document — it is a core part of how we operate the platform. We believe that every adult user who chooses to gamble on ZH98 deserves access to tools that keep the experience enjoyable and within their control.
Our account dashboard includes deposit limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options. Users can activate any of these tools at any time without needing to contact support. Limits take effect immediately when set to reduce a threshold, while requests to increase limits include a mandatory cooling-off delay.
ZH98 is strictly an adults-only platform. We require that all users be 18 or older — or meet the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Under-age registration is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
